Welcome to the law office of Michael P. Dreiling, LLC, d/b/a Dreiling Law with offices in Olathe, Kansas and Prairie Village, Kansas. I provide clients with an honest and accurate assessment of their legal issues. Above all, I search for expeditious, practical and realistic results in a cost-effective manner for my clients.
A significant area of my practice involves preparing estate plans for my clients wishing to provide for their loved ones. With effective planning, clients may minimize the costs of probate administration and federal and state estate (death) taxes.
I assist clients and their families in administering probate estates throughout Kansas and Missouri. In 2008 and 2009, I received recognition as a Super Lawyer-Rising Star for Missouri Kansas in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning. In 2017, I was recognized as one of the top 19 probate attorneys in Kansas City.
Upon completing my collegiate studies in accounting, I worked as a cost account for four years. Afterwards, I obtained a juris doctor and then my masters in tax law. Consequently, I am able to provide business and tax analysis and planning to my business clients beyond what other attorneys provide their clients.
My background and experience allows me to guide clients through tax compliance and department of revenue tax controversy matters. Additionally, I assist my business and corporate clients with the formation of business entities. Further, I help my business clients in matters involving real estate, leases, contracts, and the buying and selling of assets.
I represent new and current clients who receive traffic infractions and speeding tickets throughout the greater Kansas City Metro area.
